Office Cleaner And Facilities Coordinator
job description
- Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment across offices, meeting rooms, pantries, carpets, toilets, and windows through regular cleaning routines.
- Perform mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and spot-cleaning of glass panels, doors, and windows to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and service vendors (e.G., Pest Control, Aircon maintenance, water dispenser services) to ensure timely maintenance of office facilities.
- Ensure all office spaces are cleaned to established standards and replenish necessary supplies as needed.
- Facilitate communication with suppliers and customers to coordinate the shipment and receipt of goods.
- Execute local deliveries and collections of goods as required.
- Fulfill other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
