The incumbent will be the ambassador of the organization for providing excellent patient service to our customers.




Job description


  • Patient registration
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Billing and cash collection
  • Records update and report distribution
  • Filing of patients’ records
  • Replenishing inventory when stock is low
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor


Job requirements


  • Preferably with experience in ILTC setting (e.G., centre base care)
  • Minimum GCE N levels/O levels with min 1 years of relevant experience in Customer Service Coordination / Liaison Work / Case Management Coordination
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
  • Strong passion to serve the patients
  • Has administrative background (be it healthcare or not) – Versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to manage high volume of emails and attend to matters involving inter-departments
  • Willing to travel to various working locations locally, when needed
  • Willing to work 5.5days work week
