Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI) invites outstanding academics to apply for faculty position as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Full Professor in Media, Culture and Society.
Candidates should have scholarly expertise in one or more of the following areas:
digital media, media policy, media literacy, media and culture, media and social change, journalism, media management, media ethics, or media and globalization.
The successful candidate should possess a PhD degree in related disciplines and a strong track of publication record commensurate with career stage (e.G., publishing in established peer-reviewed journals in the discipline, securing and managing externally funded research, organising conference panels and workshops), and effective teaching and training of undergraduate and/or graduate students commensurate with career stage.
Emoluments
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. The University offers a comprehensive fringe benefit package.
