• Basic + vb + allowance
  

Responsibilities:

• Import shipments coordination, custom clearance, freight sourcing
  
• Export shipments coordination and IRAS formalities
  
• Attend to authority inspections
  
• Inventory and cost recording in SBO system
  
• Product registration in the system
  
• Payment to suppliers and contractors
  
• Check that the products are in accordance with food regulation
  
• Administer HACCP documentation
  
• Purchase office/warehouse supplies
  
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance works
  
• Other general administration duties
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / A-level and above
