Operation Director / Manufacturing Industry / North

Our client is one of the leader in Machinery Manufacturing Industry MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Operation Director to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the effectiveness of various processes, including budgeting, operational functions, and management practices.
  
• Play a key role in strategic growth planning as part of the executive team.
  
• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  
• Ensure production schedules align with customer delivery and quality expectations.
  
• Set clear objectives and provide guidance to the team.
  
• Compliance company policies and ensure adherence among all team members.
  
• Manage departmental housekeeping and employee welfare.
  
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Min Degree or equivalent
  
• Min 10 years of working experience in management exposure
