Operation Support (Yishun Ave)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and classrooms
  
• Providing logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment
  
• Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials
  
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
  

Requirements:

• Completed primary school education
  
• Prior experience in school operation duties (e.G. logistics-related work, cleaning duties)
  
• Ability to communicate and work in teams
  

Contract Period:
From 15 Aug 2024 to 14 Aug 2025 with an option to extend

Working Hours :

Selected candidates to be deployed at the following hours (alternating on weekly basis):

• Mondays to Thursdays:
  6:
  30am to 3:
  45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
  
• Fridays:
  6:
  30am to 3:
  15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
  

AND

• Mondays to Thursdays:
  9:
  45am to 7:
  00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
  
• Fridays:
  10:
  15am to 7:
  00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
