Duties &
Responsibilities
- Apply moving permit with condo management
- Provide handyman and specialist rates
- Handyman and specialist scheduling
- Cost entry into system
- Invoices processing
- Assist with operations activities
- Sort job completed documentations
- Quarterly ISO data entry
Work Experience Requirements
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication skills &
interpersonal skills - Must be competent in basic IT skills such as Microsoft Office and Email
- Must be able to embrace new technology with the aim of efficiency
- Experience working in a global mobility environment is an advantage
