• Provide operational management and project-related support to the assigned operating unit(s)/area(s) or services and programmes, both within the hospital and with external stakeholders.
  
• You will assist in the development and execution of programmes, workflows and formulation of business plans to support the delivery of patient care services.
  
• You will also be ensuring that all relevant service and operations standards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial targets are fulfilled.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  
• 2 or more years of working experience (healthcare experience with practical aspects of hospital operations preferred)
  
• Meticulous, analytical, posseses good organisational and coordination skills
  
• Good team player with ability to exercise initiative, manage time pressure and timelines, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and a flair for numbers are essential
  
• Familarity with concepts of project management, budget and office/corporate administration is an added advantage
