Operations Executive -Telemed (Lavender)

Salary Range:
$2600-$3200

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

· Provide operational support and help to execute the department’s strategic plan

· Coordination with internal departments, clinics, and clients to bring about optimal processes for the benefit of patients and the organization

· Provide admin support for the efficient running of the department and clinic

· Perform timely billing/adjustments in Clinic Management System and in insurance portals

· Assist the Operations Manager in implementation of initiatives &
projects/workflows roll-out.

· Respond to doctors/patients’ queries and concerns in a professional manner

· Stay updated with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources.

· Management of patients’ records in accordance with PDPA act

· Maintains clinic(s) supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level

· Collation of statistics and report compilation as required

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties:

· Attend educational trainings for professional development

· Maintain proper infection control standards

· Demonstrate proper use and care of medical &
IT equipment

· People management skills – Supervise and mentor less experienced staff where required

· Respects the values, customs, spiritual beliefs and practices of individuals and groups

· Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards protocols in the organization.

· Performs any other additional duties as assigned by Clinic IC / Ops Manager
