Operations & Facilities Manager (West, Office Hour, Healthcare) Hhm

• Responsible for leading the operations team to provide smooth, efficient and effective operational support to the nursing homes branches to solve system and process issues.
  
• Partner with the nursing home branch managers to provide prompt facility management services, building related equipment maintenance and M&
  E services;
  to haveoversight of cyclical maintenance of building and equipment in the branches including records of calibration, quality control, repair and preventive maintenance.
  
• Build and maintain good relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Oversee outsourced management services, and review these services regularly to ensure that the services are met at a professional standard:
  
  
• Manage existing or new infrastructure or projects including project management, secretariate role, sourcing for quotations, preparation of tender documents, progress tracking, anticipation of critical issues and solutions etc.
  
• Lead or support projects or initiatives that will bring about innovation, improved productivity for organization, better cost-savings, improved patient experience and/or safer care for patients.
  
• Proactively improve existing operational capabilities to increase productivity.
  

Requirement

• Min Diploma / Degree in Facility Management, Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  
• Min. 5 years of relevant healthcare operations experience
  
• Good understanding of and experience in facilities management operations.
  
• Possess ability to grasp a good understanding of the direction that the organisation is taking in response to the rapidly changing healthcare delivery models
  
• Able to demonstrate initiatives;
  able to work in collaboration with other professionals in the multidisciplinary team.
  
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
