Our Company:

Eatons Interiors Pte Ltd is an aluminium and glass specialist. We specialize in aluminium windows and doors, shower screens and other glass related products. We are looking for an operations executive to join our team to support us in our business growth plans.

Responsibilities:

1. Operations

- Plan and monitor work site progress

- Work with Operations Director and team supervisors to facilitate scheduling of daily operations

- Ensuring smooth operations in the factory, workshop and showroom

- Organize training and orientation for new workers and supervisors

- Work closely with sales team, supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Conduct Daily Team briefings and toolbox meetings.

- Ensuring work teams have the tools required for their daily work

- Monitoring the condition and service schedules of equipment, tools, machinery and vehicles

- Implement tool and machinery checks for safety and readiness.

- Drive workers to site and conduct site inspections

- Install aluminium and glass products on site.

2. Production Planning

- Creating cutting details/Bill of Materials for purchasing materials and fabrication

- Confirm all production details such as design, configuration, material, colours, etc.

- Manage production work and supervise installation

- Create purchase orders for materials based on site measurements

- Required to be hands-on on the production floor.

3. Purchasing

- Monitoring Status of Production/Fabrication

- Monitoring status of purchases

- Ensuring adequate material stock

4. Scheduling

- Rostering for workers/supervisors to different work sites

- Plan optimal driving routes for appointments

5. Ad-hoc Duties

- Assist Operations Director

- Any other operational related issue or projects as and when required
- Data Entry &
Updating Systems

Requirements:

- Responsible, with good organizational and communication skills

- Meticulous and comfortable with using technology

- Teamplayer with positive attitude;
willing to learn

- Good problem-solving ability

- Hands-on and on-the-ball

- Dedicated, mature and a team player

- Open to picking up new software and technology

- Possess aluminium and glass knowledge and/or building industry knowledge

Work Hours:

Mon-Fri 8am to 5.30pm

Sat 8am to 12.30pm
