Original Hong Kong Beef King Pte Ltd. is seeking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations for our F&
B establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness and continue driving towards revenue growth for all outlets.




Specific Responsibilities:


1. Understanding food safety regulations and standards with the proper handling, storage and preparation of food while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations to avoid fines or penalties.


2. Creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests and ensuring that all staff members deliver prompt, courteous and attentive services while handling any customer complains or concerns swiftly and professionally to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.


3. Hire, train, schedule and supervise all staff members, ensuring that they understand their roles and responsibilities and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them perform at their best as well as developing employee retention strategies.


4. Learning the inventory control techniques and best practices to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels and implementing inventory control measures to track usage, reduce shrinkage and control cost by working closely with the kitchen to replenish stocks to optimize food costing and pricing strategies.


5. Ensuring that all food served meet the company's quality standards and comply with food safety regulations by conudcting regular inspections of kitchen to ensure cleanliness and sanitation and addressing to any maintenance issues or cleanliness concern promptly.


6. Developing leadership skills for effective management while building and motivating high-performance teams while handling conflicts with resolution and improving team communications.


7. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenues such as upselling, promoting special menu items or promotions to attract guest while monitoring sales performance to identify areas for improvement.


8. Develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive traffic to the outlet and increase sales by utilising social media to engage with customer and promote special event or offers.
