from a welcoming lobby bar perfect for both work and relaxation, to a sophisticated fine dining steakhouse, an energetic ultralounge, a refined cocktail bar with live entertainment, and even a rooftop swimming pool offering stunning city views!
Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our high-energy cocktail bar. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, overseeing staff, and maintaining the bar's standards of excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a fun, cool, and elegant atmosphere for our guests to enjoy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Oversight:
Manage all aspects of daily operations, including bar setup, inventory management, and staff scheduling. - Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise bartenders, servers, and support staff to deliver exceptional service. - Customer Experience:
Ensure that every guest receives outstanding service and enjoys a memorable experience in our bar. - Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and product quality throughout the venue. - Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability. - Event Coordination:
Collaborate with the entertainment team to organize live performances and DJ programs that enhance the overall atmosphere. - Safety and Compliance:
Uphold health and safety regulations, alcohol licensing laws, and other legal requirements to ensure a safe and compliant environment. - Financial Management:
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization to achieve financial targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bar management or hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques, beverage trends, and mixology is a plus.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a nightlife establishment.
