Operations Supervisor

· Oversee daily activities of delivery planning, implementation and execution

· Ensure operations meet the expectations of clients

· Plan and provide relevant training for new workers

· Ensure policies and procedures are current and updated

· Manage complaints and follow up with service recovery

· Review processes and improve overall performances

· Establish positive, healthy and safe work environment

· Able to converse and write in Chinese to liasise with mandarin speaking vendor &
customers

· Must be able to work night shift and splite shift

· Must be able to work extra hours if needed

· Ensure safe handling of goods.

· Observe Safe Work Procedures while delivering goods to Customers
