About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of automatic test and measurement equipment utilized in the design and production of semiconductors. They are currently seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Support Consultant to join their team in Singapore.

Job Description

• Maintain and support Oracle EBS (12.1.3) Finance modules, providing level 2 and 3 support for business transactions.
  
• Duties include user support, application maintenance, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  
• Assist the application support team with regular operations and continuous system improvements to meet user needs.
  
• Analyze interfaces and integration points, and configure changes within the Oracle Finance Modules.
  
• Collaborate with business users to improve processes and implement changes.
  
• Work with external support and consulting firms on incident management, requirements, and change management services.
  
• Document current and future business processes, configuration scripts, and other functional/technical specifications.
  
• Perform root cause analysis, solve complex problems, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Manage Finance and IT projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Technical/Functional Analyst.
  
• Proficient in Oracle R12 Finance modules and SQL, with knowledge of Finance database structures.
  
• Skilled in PL/SQL, OAF, Java/JSP, SQL, HTML, XML, and familiar with Oracle Apps EBS, OAF, Web ADI, Web Services.
  
• Experienced with tools like JDeveloper, Putty, GitLab, JIRA,Oracle PL/SQL Developer, TOAD, SQL Developer.
  
• Strong project management skills;
  PMP certification preferred.
