Order Fulfilment Executive

Our client is an established MNC, they are seeking for a order fulfilment executive to join the team

Salary up to $4000

Location:
Jurong International park

6 month contract

Area of Responsibility

• Manage order to cash process for assigned accounts including purchasing and logistics functions
  
• Work with Sales and Marketing to validate sales forecast from countries
  
• Work with Product and Finance team to ensure forecast forms are kept up-to-date and aligned with customer order form.
  
• Check all external documentation from vendors to ensure correctness
  
• Arrange container bookings with forwarder, prepare and submit necessary shipping documents to customers in a timely manner
  
• Work closely with Vendors to fulfil customers’ orders requirements
  
• Provide timely feedback to customers’ inquiry, disputes and complaints
  
• Back orders management
  
• Manage advertising merchandise for both inbound and outbound shipments
  
• Source/review and negotiate for better freight charges and services whenever necessary
  
• Work independently on SAP ECC6 system for SD/MM including stock and pricing check.
  
• Support marketing activities whenever required (eg. Cash Sales/E-commerce, etc)
  
• Provide support to Finance team on sales verification and reconciliation activities
  
• Assist CS manager in month-end closing activities to ensure closing is completed within stipulated time frame
  
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Customer Service Manager
