Outlet Manager (Beauty)

We are looking for an Outlet Manager to join our dynamic team in a leading beauty and wellness company. As the Outlet Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving the success of our brand. Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Drive a team of Consultants and therapists to optimize sales by upholding exceptional service and retail standards, ultimately achieving customer service and sales objectives.
  
• Manage all aspects of refund and complaint cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  
• Gather customer testimonials, feedback form, before and after photos.
  
• Brainstorm marketing strategies to boost outlet sales figures.
  
• Identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes to elevate the overall customer experience and service standard.
  
• Demonstrate resourcefulness, a service-oriented approach, active engagement, and effective hands-on management skills.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Beauty/Spa Industry, with a preferred background in a managerial role.
  
• Highly motivated person who is sales-driven &
  result orientated.
  
• Proven sales track record and the capability to meet sales targets.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service attitude.
  
• Preferably someone who is able to communicate in English and Chinese language.
