Featured on CNA 93.8 and all over social media, Park Bäckerei is Singapore's premier Brand for German Pretzels and homely food -an artsy bakery cafe with a focus on baked goods and covering dine in, retail/take-away, and catering settings. Our baked good range includes authentic hand-crafted pretzels, sweet laugenbuns, stuffed bagels and other mouth-watering baked goods, using only the highest quality ingredients. We have recently opened our Second Outlet at Marina Bay Link Mall in the heart of Singapore's banking district and we are looking for an Outlet Manager, who will take on operating the bakery and leading the outlet team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Overseeing and supporting daily outlet operations

- Meet Sales and operational performance targets

- Upholding excellent customer service

- Generate and Manage Catering orders from Offices around the Marina Bay Area

- Manage staff work schedules

- Manage food and packaging supply orders from the Central Kitchen (inventory management)

- Staff management, hiring and training of full-time crew and part-time workers

- Maintain high standards of food and service quality, hygiene, health and safety

- Generate simple reports to the Park Bäckerei Management Team

- Team leadership and fostering a team culture build on duty, reliability and trust

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience managing operations and teams at an outlet level or comparable experience

- Curiosity to learn new things and flexibility to apply yourself where you are needed most

- Food Hygiene Certificate level 3 (Can be sponsored for the right candidate)

- Able to work independently and make sound management decisions

- Able to communicate well on different levels with Customers, your Team and the PB Management

- Well organised and structured ways of working

- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets to facilitate planning

Business Operating Hours are:

Mon to Friday 8am to 5pm, Closed on Weekends and PH
