LCentral is a reputable Premier English Specialist providing quality enrichment for students from N1 to P6 since 2008. We are seeking a dynamic candidate as Customer Service Executive.


Customer Service Executives are key to supporting the daily operations of the business and managing customer service relationships. The primary responsibilities include:


Job responsibility:


  • Ensure safety and well-being of students
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Meet brand standards (image and presentation, safety and hygiene)
  • Establishing excellent rapport with students and customers
  • Ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment
  • Assist in the day to day operations of the centre and centre management
  • Assist in the day to day administration of the centre (roster, scheduling, payments, etc.)
  • Assist in student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration, etc.)
  • Assist in scheduling classes to ensure optimal use of resources (classrooms, materials, etc.)
  • Proper and timely record keeping


Requirements:


  • Permanent part-time
  • Min 6 months commitment
  • 3 weekdays availability
  • Working hours will be discussed further during the interview
  • Mon to Fri:
    1pm to 9pm ($12 per hour)
  • Sat and Sun:
    9am to 6:
    30pm ($15 per hour)
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Willing to travel (locally)
  • Working location:
    Hougang, Ang Mo Kio, Yishun
