The Event Assistant is a key member of our onsite health screening team that is deployed island wide.
He/she plays an integral role is ensuring the success of every screening throug support various job functions and delivering good customer service.
We welcome candidates who are able to commit to a regular basis.
He/she may be deployed to various roles and locations depending on headcount and ground needs.
Various Roles and Responsibilities (deployed depending on ground needs):
1. Ushering:
Greet participants. Give out the appropriate forms for participants to fill. Direct participants to the sitting area and be proactive is supporting the team in other functions when available
2. Registration:
Register customers at the counter, collect payment and answer general questions. Ensure transactions are accurate
3. Biometrics Measurements:
Conduct blood pressure, height and weight, vision checks and body composition measurements for participants. Ensure clear, proper and accurate recording
4. Set up and closing of health screening event
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable and Punctual.
- Comfortable to commute islandwide for events.
- Able to commit to Saturdays is preferred.
- No experience is required as training will be provided.
- Min GCE A level or Diploma in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good customer service.
- Hours may vary based on location, volume and needs.
