Key Responsibilities

• Address and manage all forms of incoming inquiries, including providing timely quotations and diligent follow-ups.
  
• Accurately input and manage orders via the company system or online platforms, meeting customer specifications and ensuring punctual delivery.
  
• Execute administrative tasks with precision, processing sales and related documents efficiently.
  
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to facilitate seamless delivery arrangements and scheduling.
  
• Work in tandem with the warehouse staff to resolve customer inquiries and coordinate delivery operations effectively.
  
• Oversee export activities by preparing documents for freight shipments and collaborating with shipping agents.
  
• Pursue customer payments, including tracking outstanding accounts, and maintaining clear communications with the finance department.
  
• Tend to customer feedback and post-sales queries, providing thorough after-sales service as necessary.
  
• Manage the distribution and filing of physical documents within the accounts department.
  
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the manager or the management team.

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
  
• With at least 1 year of experience in sales admin and/or familiar with billing duties
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
