Patient Information Associate (Emergency Department)

As a Patient Information Associate, you will be providing better care for our patients in the Emergency Department by serving patients' diets in accordance with their diet restrictions, accompanying and supporting patients when going to the toilet, attending to enquiries and providing relevant information, ensuring wheelchairs are available for patient use, and assisting in any adhoc matters.

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 2-5 years of experience in the service industry (frontline customer service)
• Competent in searching and providing information with the use of a computer
• Able to perform 2 rotating shifts
• Able to commit to a 6-day work week and work on weekends and public holidays
