Responsibilities


  • Handle recruitment processes such as posting advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews, ensuring alignment with regulations, and Xtremax’s policies and procedures.
  • Conduct reference checks for potential candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and biometric registration.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Check and monitor employee attendance records.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support the maintenance of confidential HR records and documentation.
  • Maintain the office pantry, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Support office maintenance activities and handle ad-hoc tasks such as coordinating repairs, managing office equipment, and monitoring the cleaning service checklist.
  • Provide general support to the HR team and assist in ad-hoc HR and office matters.


Requirements


  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Able to commit to a 3-month internship, extendable to 6 months.
  • Passionate about Human Resources and interested in the Tech industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively and independently.
  • Work effectively in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Singaporean / SPR may apply
