Responsibilities :


  • Assist the COO in developing department plans and goals
  • Provide accurate translation during business meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) and external partners to leverage resources.
  • Organize team-building activities to enhance team morale
  • Manage the COO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Participate in other business activities and complete tasks assigned by the COO.


To succeed in this role, you should have:


  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Min 1-3 years assistant experience with C level executives.
  • Able to accept irregular travel schedule and work in fast pace.
  • Work closely and liaise with Chinese associate, fluency of bilingual is a must.
