Pharma Logistics Executive (West | 6 Months | Up To $3. 5k) Hmy

Job Description:
Generate invoices for daily deliveries
Liaise with appointed forwarders and couriers for deliveries
Organise and manage inventory, storage and transportation
Ensure safe and timely pickup and delivery
Address and resolve inventory issues
Provide customer service, coordination and admin/sales support
Other adhoc duties

Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Logistics/Shipping or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Familiar with SAP Business One
Able to handle multiple tasks and job responsibilities and is proactive
Able to work with minimum supervision and under tight schedule
