Job Scope:

To perform QC functions within the Material Receiving, Label Control, Distribution and Production areas
To perform the role as document controller in management of GxP documentations and to assist in customer audits.
To perform QA functions in reviewing GxP documentation in accordance with the principles of GxP and internal SOPs
Check documentation for completeness and accuracy. Identify any deviations from written procedures and inform relevant personnel.
Ensure any customer specific requirements have been carried out by Logistics during booking-in.
Inspect Clinical Labels prior to issuance
Perform verification checks on documentation and clinical material prior to distribution
Perform regular in-process quality checks on products, processes, room layout and safety to ensure compliance with GMP and ACS procedures.
Review logbooks and perform facility inspections.
Maintain a secure and accurate document archiving system;
control the movement ofdocumentation
Assist in reviewing Lot to Country Release requests in accordance with internal SOP requirements.
Liaise with the relevant departments to resolve any documentation queries or amendments identified

Min Diploma / Degree in Pharmaceutical related courses
