Pharmacy Technician ($2, 200 - 3, 300) West

1. Conduct inbound stock receipt, verification, and repackaging.
   
2. Process medication orders and prescriptions according to established standards.
   
3. Perform quality assessments on selected medication orders and prescriptions, preparing them for delivery.
   
4. Collaborate with the informatics team to ensure seamless integration of IT and automation systems.
   
5. Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stocktaking.
   
6. Execute billing procedures for rendered services.
   
7. Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, addressing reconciliation and issue resolution.
   
8. Assist with general housekeeping and the management of pharmacy consumables.
   
9. Participate in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
   
10. Aid in onboarding and training new section staff.
    
11. Support operations management in the assigned section if designated as a team leader.
    
12. Undertake any additional duties as assigned, including cross-functional support.
    

Requirements:

1. Possess a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course from the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore or equivalent.
   
2. Have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
   
3. Candidates with leadership experience in operations may be considered for senior roles.
   
4. Previous experience in medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation setup, or outpatient pharmacy operations is advantageous.
   
5. Demonstrate proactive, highly motivated, and resourceful characteristics.
   
6. Exhibit good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
   
7. Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office.

   Monday to Friday, 8:
   30 am to 5:
   30 pm;
   Saturday, 8:
   30 am to 12:
   30 pm (5.5 days).
