Pharmacy Technician – Medical/Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and repackage inbound inventory.
  
• Process medication orders and prescriptions according to established protocols.
  
• Conduct quality assessments on medication orders, preparing them for delivery.
  
• Collaborate with the informatics team to integrate IT and automation systems seamlessly.
  
• Manage inventory levels, including replenishment, cycle counts, and stock take procedures.
  
• Execute billing procedures for rendered services.
  
• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare facilities or patients, managing reconciliation, handover, and issue resolution.
  
• Assist in maintaining pharmacy supplies and overall cleanliness.
  
• Support the implementation of quality enhancement initiatives.
  
• Facilitate the orientation and training of new staff within the section.
  
• Oversee section operations if assigned as a team leader.
  
• Fulfill any other occasional duties as required, including cross-functional assistance.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent.
  
• With at least 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector
  
• Previous involvement in medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation setup, or outpatient pharmacy operations is advantageous.
  
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
