Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team.
  
• Preparation of Baseline programs and Project time schedules on Primavera 6 and MS-Project, incl. updating &
  monitoring.
  
• Coordinate with the client’s planner to ensure smooth operation &
  planning
  
• Prepare 4 Week Rolling Programme to monitor progress in Weekly Meetings
  
• Prepare and submit monthly progress
  
• Report with Physical Progress S-Curve
  
• Monitor site progress and establish a catch-up program if any delay.
  
• Coordinate with QS for Site Progress Claims (4D submission) and EOT Preparation
  
• Keep track of the critical activities and prepare micro programs to meet up the key dates.
  
• Co-ordinate with the client in the weekly meeting by providing a pictorial representation of the progress and ahead/delay
  

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  
• Min 5 years experience in large-scale projects with hands-on experience in planning and scheduling for civil projects such as LTA
  
• Proficient in Primavera P6
