Portfolio Analyst/Senior Analyst (Real Estate)

We are recruiting for one of the largest listed Logistics and Industrial Real Estate company in Singapore. They own more than 180 properties across three key segments in Logistics/Industrial Business Parks and Data Centres globally.

Reporting to the VP – Portfolio Management, you will be primarily responsible for the analysis of the performance of its portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas. You will also perform analysis on divestments, prepare management reports and board papers as well as supporting annual budgeting exercise to prepare the proposed budget and business plan.

You will carry out annual valuation of properties for portfolio and consolidation and support any initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functions.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline with about 2-4 years of working experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
  
• Familiar with real estate markets and valuation methodologies
  
• Possess strong analytical and financial skills with high proficiency in MS Excel
