Preschool Cook (Basic Up To 1. 8k)

River Valley

Work Week:
5.25 days (7am - 4pm), alternate Saturday (7am - 11am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals (breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea) that meet proper nutritional requirements set by Health Promotion Board
  
• Handle centre’s weekly ordering/purchasing of food items
  
• Maintain the inventory records and budget
  
• Ensure food is stored and handled properly
  
• Keep track of the records of cleaning duties of the kitchen
  
• Place order all dry goods once a month and submit to the Principal for approval
  

Requirements:

• Able to work on Saturday (alternate)
