Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging English language curriculum for preschool students
  
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
  
• Utilize effective classroom management strategies to support learning
  
• Continuously assess and report on student progress
  
• Collaborate with the educational team to enhance teaching practices
  
• Be proactive in personal professional development
  
• Establish good communication with parents and caregivers
  
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of children with various abilities, including those with special needs

• Minimum of 5 GCE O’ Level credits, including a credit in English Language
  
• ECDA L1/L2 certification or equivalent
  
• Good classroom management skills with a variety of strategies at hand
