Preventive Maintenance Technician (Semiconductor)

Working hours:
5 days swinging shift OR 12 hours shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow on site daily Preventive Maintenance plan.
  
• New &
  old parts arrangement &
  logistic (maintenance room, store to tool side).
  
• Preparation &
  housekeeping of PM jigs&
  tools.
  
• Perform robot PM:
  parts cleaning &
  greasing, replacement of sensors, motors, motor drivers etc.
  
• Installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, heater jackets.
  
• Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab:
  trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation.
  
• Support 6S &
  logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, labelling, housekeeping.
  

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in any Engineering discipline or equivalent
  
• Willing to do hands-on work and comfortable to be in cleanroom suit
  
• Work experience in semiconductor industry will be an added advantage
  
• Able to work on weekends
