Procurement Sourcing Executive - Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
  
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and conditions.
  
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance evaluations.
  
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  
• Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business requirements.
  
• Coordinate and oversee the procurement process, from purchase requisition to delivery and payment.
  
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical practices.
  
• Generate reports and analysis on procurement performance, costs, and savings.
  
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in procurement.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
  
• At least 2 – 3 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
  
• Prior experience in shipping operation will be an added advantage.
