Product Manager (Cyber Security)

Persolkelly is seeking a Product Manager to join our client, a distinguished service provider specializing in enterprise and security systems.

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for executing the product roadmap, overseeing vendor identification and onboarding, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, and conducting market research to identify new product opportunities

Responsibilities

• Onboard vendors for the cybersecurity product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic vision.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities, supporting product launches and sales and marketing efforts for successful adoption.
  
• Foster strong relationships with Channel Partners and collaborate with Product Engineering and Product Owners to define customer-centric product features.
  
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication and assist Marketing in understanding product positioning and target customer profiles.
  
• Contribute to various product materials such as presentations and whitepapers, advocating for products internally and externally.
  
• Conduct market research, identify customer needs, and analyze industry trends to manage market requirements in collaboration with Product Engineering.
  
• Assist in developing a global roadmap to differentiate our client in the digital identity market, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop internal content and support sales enablement.
  
• Work with strategic partners and sales management to track progress on business plans and represent our client as a product expert at industry events.
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor's/Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  
• A proven track record of at least 5 years in cybersecurity product management
  
• Experience in IAM with a focus on authentication and mobile security solutions is advantageous
  
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, threats, and industry trends;
  
  
• Strong technical aptitude and product management experience, with an understanding of the product development lifecycle;
  
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in data analysis and stakeholder management;
  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and influence stakeholders;
  
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, being self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
