Team Introduction
The Platform Product Management team is under TikTok Trust and Safety. Their goal is to keep the platform running smoothly and to guarantee user safety. The purpose of Risk and Response is to mitigate and lessen escalation. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and improve product capability, features, and tool ability to detect risks at an earlier stage, monitor possible online risks, and respond to any emergency risk trends in a speedier manner.
What you will be doing:

1. Lead, define and manage TikTok Risk Investigation &
Intervention Platform product vision, strategies, roadmap and success metrics;

2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap and ship the product;

3. Research and analyse competitive products in the market such as cutting-edge trends in the Risk Investigation &
Intervention field, andoutput the decision-making basis;

4. Lead alignment with stakeholders, including but not limited to engineers and designers on prioritization and changes to ensure product realization and delivery are smooth;

5. To have an in-depth understanding of different business scenarios and user pain pointers, define potential common business scenarios and precipitate the best solutions, continuously optimise workflow, and improve problem-solving ability and efficiency;

6. Be the owner ofplatform products, monitor business performance efficiently, find and analyse business issues in time and accurately promote the improvement of corresponding capabilities.
7. Lead and manage the team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements;
be responsible for teammanagement, training and growth.
Qualifications
What you should have:

- At least 7 years of work experience as a Product Manager Lead, and 2 years of leadership experience in high growth in the tech/software/internet industry with demonstrated success in launching new products and features.
- Strong understanding of business, able to relate to users' pain points. Has good business logic and communication skills. Able to lead product from 0-1 independently, and 1-N iterate.
- Able to prioritise under a short timeframe with multiple counterparts and stakeholders to achieve the business goal.
- Exceptional communication skills, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Have a strong ability to work under pressure, have the courage to overcome difficulties, and accept challenges.
- Self-starter with strong learning ability, curiosity, and business acumen to drive a new product to support a new business.
