Product Manager

Temenos Product Owner in Private Banking / Wealth Management.

Professional and Technical

• Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking
  
• 8+ years’ experience with agile delivery approaches (e.G., Scrum, SAFe), ideally working experience as a product owner or similar role
  
• Experience in working with T24 or any core banking platform preferred
  
• Through understanding of private banking value chain and good understanding of core processes such as advisory and investment management and the typical PB product landscape
  
• Strong expertise in digital products and services in Private Banking (e.G. Digital Advisory)
  
• Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering
  
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement assertiveness
  
• Experience in finding operational synergies and performing impact analysis on business models, tools and processes
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and taking a hands-on approach
