JOB DESCRIPTION
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

Our team is responsible for driving marketing-driven 1st &
3rd party Acquisitions for Google Ads. We help businesses grow their businesses online with Google ads, directly driving revenue growth for Google. We are an impact focused, growth experimentation team;
acting as channel owners - constantly analyzing funnel gaps and building experimentation to drive growth in APAC markets.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire and grow SMB customers on acquisition marketing channels
  • Run growth experiments, build project briefs, regional test plans, A/B tests &
    then run point on analyzing &
    reporting results by providing recommendations &
    optimizations
  • Leverage dashboards on performance vs. targets and key performance indicators to monitor the health of the different initiatives and inform decision making for senior leadership
  • Clearly performance results at a regular cadence and communicate findings from initiatives to the broader organization.
  • Work closely with global and regional cross-functional sales &
    finance teams;
    local country teams across marketing.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 years of experience in tech marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, or a related B2B industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly organized and have strong execution, project management experience, attention to detail.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to adapt in a fast-moving environment and make the most out of change. Willing to flex between detailed hands-on work and higher level strategy.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, other APAC languages an asset
  • Love and deep understanding of technology. Able to translate complex issues into simple and intuitive communications.
