Product Owner/Senior Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• 
  
• Create a comprehensive vision and roadmap for the API product that aligns with our business and technical capabilities.
  
• Evaluate customers' needs to ensure API integrations meet the technical requirements and enhance the customer’s strategic goals.
  
• Ensure the API product strategy is in sync with global business objectives and success metrics.
  
• Actively engage with regional and global stakeholders to gather insights and align strategies, ensuring a consistent approach across platforms.
  
• Serve as the primary liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and users, effectively communicating requirements and advocating for customer needs in product development.
  
• Prioritize product backlog, translate business requirements into actionable user stories for the technology team and guide development towards strategic enhancements.
  
• Manage API documentation and the developer portal to facilitate smooth onboarding, drive API adoption, and continuously improve the developer experience.
  
• Work with the Data team to produce analyses and visualizations that inform decision-making and provide insights into customer API usage.
  
• Support in any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
  Requirements
  
• Experience leading global projects to improve CX via digital platform is a plus.
  
• Excellent understanding of API technologies and the software development lifecycle.
  
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
  
• Strong ability to translate complex technical details into clear user stories.
  
• Deliver a customer-centric approach to product development.
  
• Deliver high quality documentation to express viewpoints with clear and concise language.
  
• Possess strong desire for continuous process improvement.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strategic Thinking Skills to create long term vision and product road map.
  
• Highly organized and effective, and a good team player with strong multi-tasking abilities
