Product Sales Specialist (Retail)

Our client is an innovative consumer home brand. We are currently sourcing on behalf of our client for a Product Sales Specialist, based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer Service by assisting store retail customers in finding products, providing information, and offering recommendations.
  
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Follow up with potential customers from online leads, via various communication channels
  
• Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
  
• Utilize product knowledge to recommend, cross-sell and upsell products and complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  
• Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves.
  
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
  
• Collect customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement in products and sales processes, providing valuable insights to sales leaders for future enhancements.
  
• Report to Sales Manager
  

Requirements:

• Proven retail sales experience in achieving high sales track record
  
• Able to meet or exceed retail sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue goals of the store products
  
• KPI Driven and hungry for growth
  
• Resilient and Adapt well to fast changing environments
  
• Great listening and communication skills
  
• Tech Savvy - comfortable working with platforms such as Cloud (Google Drive), online advertisements, whatsapp, email etc
  
• Able to work on Public Holidays, weekends. 5 days work week
