- Review and confirm requirements that require sign-off from business owner.
- Draw up workflows &
/or processes (SOP). - Liaise and work with different functions and IT delivery teams on the clarifications of the requirements.
- Ensure testing outcomes are of an acceptable quality and requirements set by Product Owner.
- Prepare FAQs, training guides and internal communications for product launch.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in insurance industry
- Degree in related field
