Production Assistant/Coordinator

Subcons, Raw Material Suppliers &
Finished Goods:

- Assist in the day-to-day operations

- Monitor closely the work in process and delivery schedules

- Prepare DO for subcons &
customers and record document part sending out and in

- Monitor, record &
update packaging materials in &
out daily report

- Data input for daily production records

- Monitor and update the in-coming Raw Material and the usage reports

- Raise PO accordingly for raw material purchase

- Other ad hoc assignment or project assigned by Dept Head

Requirements.

- Relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment

- Computer literate, can work independent

- Preferably able to conversant in Mandarin.
