Production Executive (Manufacturing)
job description
· Project Coordination:
Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of interior design projects.
· Scheduling:
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
· Resource Management:
Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
· Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets the company's quality standards and client specifications.
· Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report any discrepancies to the Production Manager.
· Vendor Relations:
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
· Documentation:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
· Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the production process.
· Health &
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
· Client Communication:
Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address any concerns or requests they may have.
· Technical Drafting:
Read and interpret design drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Draft technical documents and detailed drawings as needed.
Requirements
- Min Nitec in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software
