Production Manager

Responsibilities:

· Ensure production goals are met by managing production schedules, equipment maintenance, and worker performance.

· Ensuring that the team understands the organisation’s profits are reflected in all its activities – including relationships and risk management.

· Responsible to adhere to budget and plans to maximise profitability.

· Control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls.

· Direct, manage and maintain contact with internal and external clients/ customers.

· Interact and co-operate with all members of organisation, its suppliers and clients/ customers.

· Maintain accurate records.

· Ensure all safety regulations are followed in order to protect workers from injuries or accidents.

· Provide reports (weekly/monthly production reports) to monitoring production delivery and quality.

· Periodically assess employees training schedule and records to ensure they are capable of successfully performing the tasks of their jobs.

· Ensure that sufficient parts and supplies are on hand to meet all production needs.

· Develop production schedules and monitor the daily production plan to make sure plan is executed accordingly to ensure on-time delivery.

· Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact production schedule.

· Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.

· Analyze staffing requirements and ensure efficient compliance to production schedules and budget for all production process.

Requirement &
Experience:

· Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Manufacturing / IT or equivalent field with at least 3 years experience.

· Fast learner, able to grasp situation quickly and develop solutions independently.

· Must be able to read and understand Mechanical / Electrical drawings and engineering specs.

· Experience in Manufacturing process engineering experience preferred.

· Experience in Supply Chain Management, QA/QC is a plus..

· Experience in international standards for Quality Systems (e.G ISO 9001) preferred.

· Able to commence work within short notice.
