Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver programs prioritizing client safety and learning.
  
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  
• Expand and manage client data using CRM software.
  
• Meet clients to identify learning needs and propose programs.
  
• Write proposals, quotations, and make presentations based on client needs.
  
• Plan logistics effectively and maximize resources for successful programs.
  
• Communicate client needs to internal teams for program execution.
  
• Exercise cost control for each project.
  
• Assume leadership responsibilities in respective portfolios beyond primary role.
  
• Handle all other ad-hoc projects as required.

• At least a Diploma in any discipline.
  
• Preferably 1 year of related working experience in HR, Events and Hospitality industries.
  
• Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  
• CRM Software experience will be an advantage.
  
• Willing to commit to work on weekends when there are programmes.
