Programme Coordinator (Sales &
Operations)

Job Position Available (1 Sales position &
2 Operations position)


Job Description (Sales):

1. Proposal/Quotation Writing and Budget Planning


2. Preparing documents for submission of proposals
3. Meeting Sales Target &
Goal for the year.


4. Submit indentations and work with suppliers and third party vendors for meals, buses, etc


5. Checking and ensuring operations are run to expectations


6. Following up with sales enquiries


7. Managing post project matters like payments to suppliers, invoices etc


8. All admin matters related to projects


9.Assisting operations team in planning and coordinating projects


10. Able to work late nights and stay over if required


11. Fulfil manpower requirement if manpower is short


12. Able to coordinate multiple camps/projects at one time
Job Description (Operations):

1. Taking over from Sales team once Purchase Order from client is issued


2. Understanding programme, expectations and requirements from clients


3. Submit indentations and work with suppliers and third party vendors for meals, buses, etc


4. Ensure proper handover to Camp Chief and other leaders of the camp


5. Checking and ensuring operations are run to expectations


6. Following up with client's feedback from first day to last day of camp


7. Managing post project matters like payments to suppliers, invoices etc


8. All admin matters related to operations of camp


9.Assisting operations team in planning and coordinating camps &
projects


10.Able to work late nights and stay over if required


11. Fulfil manpower requirement if manpower is short
12. Able to coordinate multiple camps/projects at one time
Requirement:


1. Diploma / Degree of any field (certificates relating to events or the outdoor industry will be an added bonus)


2. Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment


3. Positive thinking and resilient


4. Good customer service


5. Good with numbers and meticulous in details (Sales)


6. Good negotiation skills and a good team player.


7. Good Interpersonal skills &
people centric (Operations)


8. Having a Class 3/3A license will be an added advantage (vehicle provided)


Working Days &
Hours:


- 5.5 days work week


- Off In Lieu will be provided for working on Sundays or PH


- Able to work late nights and stay over if required
