Job Description:
- Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the Eunos Crescent community.
- Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement.
- Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
- Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes.
- Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
- Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
- Manage programme budgets and resources.
- Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Preferably with programme coordination or relevant experience in working with elderly clients in the community setting and healthcare or social service sector.
- Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Possess adaptability to find ways of solving and/or pre-empting problems.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese residents.
- Willing to work 5.5 days/week and work at Eunos Crescent.

2 mins walking distance from MRT Eunos
- Working days:
Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)
