job description

We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage schedules, arrange delivery, ordering furniture and communicate progress to all team members.




Job Scope


  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders E.G. Tender Submission, and shipping coordination.
  • Handing logistics and shipments with freight forwarders and other third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery, good service, with competitive prices &
    preparing the related and necessary documents
  • Track expenses by verifying the invoices based on prices quoted and ensuring a full set of documents are received for payment and audit purposes
  • Order resources, like loose furniture, etc.
  • Ensure proper receiving and check of incoming goods
  • Preparation of monthly and yearly sales reports
  • Maintain proper records/files/registers and other required documents for the above areas of operation
  • Consolidate monthly attendance
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements


  • Possess initiative and willingness to learn
  • Willing to manage different tasks under high pressure
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
