job description
We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage schedules, arrange delivery, ordering furniture and communicate progress to all team members.
Job Scope
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders E.G. Tender Submission, and shipping coordination.
- Handing logistics and shipments with freight forwarders and other third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery, good service, with competitive prices &
preparing the related and necessary documents - Track expenses by verifying the invoices based on prices quoted and ensuring a full set of documents are received for payment and audit purposes
- Order resources, like loose furniture, etc.
- Ensure proper receiving and check of incoming goods
- Preparation of monthly and yearly sales reports
- Maintain proper records/files/registers and other required documents for the above areas of operation
- Consolidate monthly attendance
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possess initiative and willingness to learn
- Willing to manage different tasks under high pressure
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
- At least 2-3 years of working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
