Project Administrator
job description
- Provide administrative support to the project management and business development teams.
- Assist in answering queries or requests for information regarding the project.
- Keep all important documents, invoices, and contracts well maintained.
- Implement filing systems that make it easy to find any document quickly and efficiently.
- Respond to emails, letters, and telephone calls.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to order supplies for projects and the office, including computer software or equipment and stationary.
- Maintain a schedule of tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of all tender documents.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during tender-related meetings.
- Assist with the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Other adhoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in construction industry, preferably with prior experience working in a construction or EPC environment.
