Project Coordinator - Bim/M&E Careers Worknow

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on developing and documenting the Project BIM Model following company standards.
  
• Create and modify engineering designs for Electrical Systems, Piping, ACMV, and HVAC.
  
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project team.
  
• Ensure timely completion of drawings and designs to meet project and tender deadlines.
  
• Coordinate with clients and consultants on design, construction, and submission aspects.
  
• Prepare, coordinate, and modify M&
  E drawings for tender and submission.
  

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM).

With 2 years of drafting experience in M&
E (Electrical) within construction.

Proficient in CAD software, Autodesk Revit and Naviswork.

Familiarity with Bentley Open Building/Microstation software is advantageous.
